- Are rates based on the amount of hours put on the rental equipment or the time it is out? Both; a daily rent is based on 24 hours on the job site or 8 hours of usage, a weekly rent is based on 7 days or 40 hours of usage; a monthly rent is based on 30 days or 160 hours of usage.
- How are rain day's handled? Our weekly and monthly rental rates have extra days built in to the rental rate to allow you time to work around those unexpected delays.
- What is the damage waiver option? This is an optional service that is offered by Ditch Witch of Houston to cover the cost of repairing the equipment due to vandalisim, theft, damage that occurs on the job site, fire, flood, wind, hail, or overturns. Does not cover negligence.
