-Must have valid Driver's License -All charges are for Time Out, Not Time Used -Rental Payment(s) are due at the beginning of the rental period -Vac Rentals Our trailers are equipped with 6 way plug in adapters. Customer is required to provide necessary hook-ups for their vehicle. -Insurance Lessee must furnish a certificate of insurance naming Ditch Witch of Houston as the loss payee and additional insured for purchase price of equipment. -Rental Contract must be completed on every transaction with all pertinent data furnished prior to the release of the rental equipment. -Repairs and Maintenance All repairs required due to abuse or negligence will be charged to the lessee upon return of the damaged rental equipment. -Delivery Rates do not include delivery, delivery is available for additional charge.
